With the growth and expansion of online marketing, we have observed that customers are placing increasing importance on product structure optimization and after-sales service.
Based on our analysis of customer feedback over the past decade, we found that a large portion of after-sales issues stemmed from end-users’ usage habits. For example, to address the most common issue of bed frame edge deformation, we provided targeted suggestions to our customers, successfully reducing after-sales problems to below 0.5%.
In the past, most customers preferred the five-point support structure, which provided excellent stability for bed frames. Since these were mainly used together with bed bases, any related after-sales issues remained within an acceptable range for customers.
However, as online sales have developed, more end-users now use the products directly. This change in usage habits has led to an increasing number of after-sales cases concerning edge deformation in bed frames with five-point support structures.
To better meet customer needs and improve product structure, we optimized the bed leg configuration and introduced support structures with 7 legs and 8 legs, which significantly reduced complaints from end-users.
While increasing the number of bed legs improves stability, from a business perspective we must also balance product stability with sales costs. It is a comprehensive consideration of structure, price, and after-sales service.
