Today, we got a customer compliant because of the slat break on the bed.
This is really not good. Therefore, we response immediately to assist with the customer to look for the problems and find out the solutions
There was one possible reason is that the slat is too soft. Is it because of the slat strength is not good or the humidity is not right.
We did several tests on the slats and also offer hundreds of slats for the customers to retest again.
Moreover, we are grateful to get another new order from this order. To make our customer more confidence, we did more tests on our factory, like the moisture test and the weight support capacity.
